can you please let me know the drawbacks for low vitamin D and the vegetarian diet to improve the vitamin D or any affecient way to improve Vitamin D

Vitamin D deficiency manifests by muscle and bone pains, lethargic and tired state all the time.
All the legumes, milk, cheeze are good source of this vitamin.
For values below 20u, it needs high dose replacement, 60000u weekly XXXXXXX can be taken.
For mild deficiency one should take sun bath daily for about 20-30 minutes/day.
For moderate deficiency calcium +vitamin supplement should be taken twice a day.
