Brief Answer:
at your age surgical care is better

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and after reviewing your history and age (34 years) I'm of the following opinion:

1. Since your pathology is called as "Andro genetic Alopecia" which means there is involvement both of hormone(s) and heredity (genetic) in it, as such it becomes very difficult (although possible) to cure from Natural therapy/tretment.

2. If there is family history of same then prognosis is not good?

3. Have you taken opinion of Trichilogist and are medicines prescribed by him?

4. Any associated secondary disease like: obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, prostate problem?

PS. now a days coronary artery disease and prostate problem are considered as risk factors for androgenic alopecia.

5. At your age, one should consider treatment from cosmetic point of view (hair transplant, hair weaving, micrografting) and manage with Natural method as prophylaxis:

i. Avoid oily, fried, spicy, hot, fermented and stale food.
ii. Proteins are essential for antibodies production so milk, egg (white), beans, yogurt, soymilk, pumpkin, squash, watermelon, peanuts, almonds, if non-vegetarian (meat) are choices
iii. XXXXXXX carrots, cantaloupe, egg yolk, apricots, pumpkin, papaya, are ideal
iv. Vitamin C: is needed for proper functioning of immune system: amla is good option.
v. Vitamin E: is a powerful anti oxidant thus peanuts, dried apricots, cooked spinach taro root can be taken
vi. Soap nut (reetha) and shikakai along with Bhringraj and Neelini oil acts as natural conditioner.
