Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and following is step wise approach:

1. Do let me know whether he is on Insulin or Oral Drugs so that it can be adjusted accordingly.

Brief Answer:
Dose Adjustment & Management

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for reverting back

1. Since in diabetes related renal involvement the dose of insulin has to be reduced thus please ask your attending physician whether there is any need of the same

2. Since creatinine is slightly on higher side thus start with kidney diet (as explained earlier) and ideal blood pressure should be maintained (remain under regular supervision of your doctor)

3. Your attending physician should be informed about any alternate system of medicine to prevent any drug-drug interaction. I usually advice my patient with following line of management:

. XXXXXXX parpati: 150 mg
Yav kshar: 125 mg.. With water

. Gokshuradi guggullu: 2 tab
XXXXXXX XXXXXXX vati: 2 tab... with varunadi kwatha.

. XXXXXXX arishta: 20 ml with equal amount of water (after meal)
