Brief Answer:
Stop Lesuride immediately.

Detailed Answer:
What you have is a very common condition in your age group. That is deposition of fat in the liver cells because of imbalance of fat intake and its metabolism. In this condition there are stages and your are in early stage and it can be reversed 100% with certain changes in your lifestyle. With the fat deposition the liver mass is increased without any symptoms. We generally detect only on health check up.
Lesuride has antipsychotic effects hence the reason for side effects. You should stop this immediately and follow these instructions religiously.
Reduce the intake of processed carbohydrates in your diet such as white bread, white rice, pasta, noodles, cakes, biscuits, sweetened fruit juices, desserts, soft drinks and especially table sugar.
Increase the amount of fruits and vegetables in the diet up to 5 servings a day (cups)
Avoid breakfast cereals too.
Lose weight if you are overweight and especially regular exercise should be a component of losing weight.
Avoid red meats such as mutton, beef, pork.
Avoid carbonated drinks especially.

Follow these strictly for 3 months. You will see a change. Let me know about it then.
