Question: I was wanting to know of an over-the-counter medication that would be good for post menopausal

Estradiol patches are sold over the counter to manage post menopausal symptoms in most settings.
I will however advise that its important to be sure its not something else. In case drug fails to alleviate symptoms, it might be necessary to see a doctor to check if another condition or disease is not giving you such symptoms. Tiredness, poor sleeping and bad memory can be seen in order conditions too. However, when in association with the symptoms in your case, it is most likely it is a post menopausal syndrome. I made the suggestion so we just be more cautious not to neglect, or consider all helpful avenues and options.
