Hello,

Welcome to XXXXXXX

Common cold is caused by virus. So there is no effective medication effective till date to treat common cold. Anti-Histamine drugs they only relieves nasal stuffiness and runny nose to some extent. So dont worry about it,cold is not a serious problem.

If you want try OTC available Vapocaps and inhale vapours, you will get symptomatic relief.

Clavam 625 is an antibiotic, can be useful if you have sore throat or sinusitis.
