Stomach Pressure, Chest Pain, Taking Medicine For Acid Reflux, High Pulse. Is This Just A Sliding Hernia?

Question: good day

I have three to four years had problems with pressure in the stomach and up against my chest. I have seen the doctor 3-4 times and they gave me medicine for stomach acid reflux and they think maybe it is an oesophageal hernia. I have tried many different medicines and some work well and others not at all. but I am very tired of this.
I have problems with pressure on the stomach and up into the chest sometimes, and sometimes it makes heart problems and I get high pulse and pressure against my chest; and sometimes it's very uncomfortable.
Is this just a sliding hernia or is this something else?

The only thing I think is a little strange is that I don’t really suffer from any acid reflux. Only some few times.
Somtimes I can have this pressure for a week or so. sometimes just 1 hour. and Sometimes I feel great for a few weeks.

plz can you give me and answear for this and tell me what to do ?
I don't wanna try more medicine, because I have tried everything.
I don't drink soda, I don't eat fat and Im 22 years old and weigh 66 kg, so there is nothing wrong with overweight Im sure.

Hi

Thanks for posting your query

Unfortunately there is some mistake with the file that you have attached as your reports, If you really have related reports reupload them

Till then let us consider your issues and try to resolve them :

1] You symptoms are suggestive of a hiatus hernia !
Deciding the type of hernia is a matter of investigations ? Have you undergone any barium studies or a gastroscopy ?
If you have the reports please attach them.

2] It does not rule out the possibility of a hiatus hernia, if the symptoms of acid reflux are not prominent

3] The best remedy is to continue antireflux medicines that have been prescribed to you in maintenance doses

4] Avoid huge meals, take small frequent meals

5] Avoid wearing tight clothes

6] Takes the last meal atleast four hours before going to bed

7] Avoid spicy & fermented meals

8] Raise the head end of the bed while sleeping with atleast two bricks

9] Sleeping on the left side will reduce the severity of the symptoms

These are all preventive measures to control symptoms, these precautions will in no way cure the hiatus hernia if present

Your weight as per your age is on a higher side, overweight can be calculated only if we know your height also

Hope I have replied to your satisfaction, if you do not have further queries do accept my reply
