Brief Answer:
Please proide few more details

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that your 37 years old brother is facing a problem of Erectile Dysfunction (ED)
I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments
1) Since how long he is facing this problem ?
2) Is it from the years he got married ?

The problem of ED may be primarily due to Diabetes and Thyroid issue that he has However it needs to get investigated, Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to trace out any organic cause (Vascular )for his ED
1) Blood tests for
a)Haemogram
b)Blood sugar levels fasting and post lunch to confirm the status of
Diabetes
c)Thyroid hormone assessment .
d) Testosterone levels
2) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and scrotum
3) Color Doppler Ultrasound Scanning of Penis

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

The drugs that you have mentioned (Tazzel) helps to resolve the issue if the organic cause has been ruled out .

He may take 10 mg of Tazzel every day and 20 mg one hour before on the day of planned sexual activity .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
