Question: Sir I have taken lipid tests and thyroid tests. Reports are attached. Please pursue and recommend medicines.

Hello,
I have gone through the reports and I can understand your concerns.
The triglycerides(component of lipids) are very much above the normal range. Other lipid parameters are also on the borderline.
However as a first step, we can plan on non medical management by diet restriction by restricting the amount of fat and oily food from the diet as well as doing regular physical exercises like jogging.
You can repeat the test after six weeks and reassess, if the lipid levels are still on the higher side, drugs like statins may be required.
The thyroid function is well within the normal range.
