Brief Answer:
You should take iron tablets.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have fatty liver. For that you should take tab ursocol and low fat diet.
Continue your drugs for diabetes, hypertension and cholesterol.

For low iron you should take iron rich food like dates, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, jeggary etc. You should take oral iron supplements. Ferrous sulphate or ferrous fumarate are available. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

Repeat your hemoglobin and iron level after one month.

You can take intravenous iron also. There is no harm in that. It will cause faster recovery. Iron sucrose or iron dextran injection available in market. You can use any of that. No harm in that. No need to worry. Just be relaxed. Take iron supplements oral or injectable according to advise with iron rich food.
