Brief Answer:
No need to drain at present continue drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Post operative site collection with abscess is a matter of concern. You mentioned that the fluid was aspirated and then drainage was also done.
Since the ultrasound shows decrease in collection and she is also taking antibiotics, the chances of healing without any repeat drainage is high.
Was there any culture sensitivity done with the aspirated or drained sample for antibiotic sensitivity.
I will advise you to continue the medications and close follow up with ultrasound .
Your treating doctor will be monitoring it clinically also.
Hope she recovers soon.
Wishing her good health.
