Antibacterial soap & Antifungal cream
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
It appears that there is some sort of an infection in the region...most likely a mixed infection given the odour described et al.
Please do use an antibacterial soap eg cetaphil antibacterial bar & leave it in contact with the region for at least 5 minutes before washing off.
I would in addition prescribe Fluconazole 150mg (single dose tablet) & Tinnidazole 2gm (single dose tablet)...former an antifungal & latter an antibiotic to cover for gram negative bacterial infections; This however may require a prescription in your region.
Alternatively if this is a problem acquiring, you may try a cream called NIZORAL (2% ketoconazole) that you may be able to get as an OTC product.
Do hope this solves your little issue & all is well soon.
Good Luck & Godspeed!
