Brief Answer:
You should wait for 4 days before laparoscopic removal....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Having 1 stone in neck of gallbladder with an EF of 11 % is a diagnosis to be considered by surgeon as to my opinion you need laparoscopic removal of gallbladder. As you are on warfarin, it is true that you need 4 days before surgery. As long as you are not having pain so far, and that is fine, then, hopefully you won't have pain during these 4 days.

But it is necessary to wait for 3 days and then think of surgery. Warfarin increases chances for hemorrhage during and after surgery. We want to make sure your stone and gallbladder will be successfully removed without having problems with bleeding or blood issues.

All the best and God bless!
