Question: I have scar tissue in the penis that bleeds when having sex

I need more information, as scars in the penis are quite rare.
External scar could be due to injury and XXXXXXX scar due to prolonged intercourse over a period of time.
Is it a fold below the foreskin that bleeds? Or is the foreskin too tight?
