Thanks for posting your query

Premature ejaculation at your age can be most commonly due to performance stress, anxiety, fatigue etc.
Other medical reasons are diabetes, hypertension, hormonal issues etc.

It is usually not advisable to take any medication at such young age and it is recommended to rule ot the cause.

First of all you need to be confident and be stress free before the act as it is the root cause of premature ejaculation.

You can do some exercises as stop-start or squeeze-pause technique. In stop start technique, near ejaculation, stop stroking.

In squeeze- pause technique, squeeze the end or the tip of the penis for 10 to 20 seconds when you are close to ejaculation and then resume stimulation after withholding for half a minute. If the symptoms persist then medications may be needed only after knowing the exact cause.

Also other causes as Diabetes and BP are also to be ruled out.

Hope this answers your query. I will be available for follow up.
