Not sure, she and I get small texts of conversation. She is busy with her work, getting ready to relocate to a home her brother owns for little rent. Lastly she is adjusting to life with the loss of hearing in one ear. She caught some virus that was not medicated soon enough and it caused irreversable deafness in one ear.

She did say she is waiting on me to come back so she would have a walking partner

I keep forgetting to ask this of you. If certain triggers like pet dander can inflame the airways, does a continued presence not only keep it going but lengthen the time to make it go away once the trigger is removed.

Yes, your thinking is correct.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
So sorry for hearing about your ex wife's hearing loss.
And yes, your assumption is right.
Longer and stronger the exposure of pet dangers, it well take longer time first recovery.
In my some cases, it can cause irreversible lung damage like fibrosis.

So my being around the cats is really bad if they are a trigger.

So that can be hanging on all day when I am away from them just because I was near them for 15 hours a day. for long periods of time.

Oh, thanks for your kind words on ex.

I do want to say, I had to get an item from the grocery store to create a dip for vegetables. So I walked to the store. 3 blocks over 3 back.

The continued walking has helped some, I still have inflammed airway, maybe caused by cats and anxiety. But I walked with a bounce to my step, i walked at a bit of a brisk pace. none of the slow moving that I had been doing. Nightly I do 3 walks each is usually 6-10 blocks long and increasing weekly.

I have 2 Cats that constantly shed. They are not mine of course. I also stay in a house that has damp stinky basement and the cat waste boxes are brutal to the airways and breathing.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING UP??????????

Seems worse in the morning when I get up and slowly goes down but never fully. Is that what continues the airflow limitation?, irritation and inflamation from these issues. Is this why the inhalers never seem to work.

I've wondered why the albuterol doesnt work, isnt albuterol supposed to work for Asthma, Inflammed airways and Copd. If its supposed to work for those, why does it not in this case

I went for movie in theater.

I can understand your concern.
Yes albuterol should work in your case.. But more than albuterol, fluticasone or mometasone is useful for you.
You are having stress related inflamed airways. So anti inflammatory drugs like inhaled corticosteroid are more useful than inhaled bronchodilator (albuterol).
And I went for movie. So I am awake.

Albuterol should work for any of the chronic obstructive diseases and inflammation correct.

There is some obstruction or airway that is so inflamed that I cant get it to open with these inhalers or corticosteroid.

When I took my PFT, I used a Nebulizer for the bronco portion, that opened up the small airways to get them almost 100%, I wonder if I should dig out the neb I have at home, get some medicine and try it.

What you think

Of course I will still have cats and triggers but i may get some relief till i move

Brief Answer:
These are nebulizer kits.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I have gone through the images you have attached.
These are nebulizer kits.
Are you using these kits daily?
I told you about spacer device.
Your inhaler is attached to spacer (small cylinder like transparent device) and you have to press inhaler in spacer solved that drug stays in spacer and you're have to inhale 10-15 times from mouth piece of spacer to achieve good drug delivery.
Have you heard or used spacer?
