Brief Answer:
Wait for 2 more weeks and see if you get your period. Test afterwards.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thank you for the query.

I have gone through your question carefully and understand your concern.

From your description and the number of questions you have asked in the last 10 days tells me that you are going through a lot of stress.

First of all, let me reassure you, every small incidental finding does not carry much significance.

For the time being, forget about the PCOD.

It is quite common for women who are under a lot of stress to miss their periods.

A missed period in a woman who is trying to conceive can be due to pregnancy and that is what we always assume and suggest them to do a home pregnancy test 2 weeks after the missed period.

Since you are having usual symptoms associated with periods, it is likely that you will get your periods.

In my opinion, you should wait for a few days (2 weeks) and see.

If you get your periods by then, then nothing much to do, carry on as usual and try to time sexual intercourse between days 12 and 16 of your periods.

If you do not get periods, then you should definitely do a home urine pregnancy test, and if that comes negative, you can do a Serum Beta HCG level to confirm if you are pregnant or not.

You must first relax a little and not think too much about the PCOD.

I hope that answers your query, I will very happy to help you further, please do write back if you have any additional questions.

Wishing you the very best.

Warm regards
