Brief Answer:
brittle nails,biotin will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing here.

It seems you are having brittle nails.

It occurs due to biotin lack.

Conditions like thyroid ,diabetes contribute to brittle nails.

Biotin is an essential vitamin required for hair and nail strength.

It is available in tablets and you need to take them for 2 to 3 months.

Instead of vitamin e you can apply a emollient .

Emolene cream seems to be good option for it.

Avoid harsh soaps,detergents,nail cosmetics.

Hope this will help you.In case of any concerns i will be happy to help you.

Take care.
