My Periods Have Started To Go All Funny On Me.

Question: My periods have started to go all funny on me.
I am worried because my mum has had ovarian cancer.
I will attach my chart, but for the last 4/5 months I have been bleeding for 8 days instead of 5 days.
My periods seem to have gone all over the place since I was started on Triamcinolone Injections 80mg every 4 weeks to control severe asthma.
I am also suffering severe bilateral ankle swelling that only goes with rest.
Can this all be related to the Triamcinolone? I have stopped this now, this started in XXXXXXX 2020 stopped September 2020

Brief Answer:
Last few cycles are irregular

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings

If your cycles are regular and bleeding is not severe you may wait and observe.
An ultrasound scan can detect the ovarian cysts and tumours followed by few blood test(tumour markers) if necessary.

If cycles are not regular it could be due to hormonal issues .From the chart your last few cycles are prolonged .Is there an increase in weight ?All this can cause hormonal changes.
Are you having any other medical conditions?
May I know your weight and height or BMI ?
Feel free to ask your doubts with more details.
