I have be itching inside my penis. mostly at the bottom of the shaft. it also itches when I pee. no discharge. doesn't itch on the skin its underneath

wbc > 30
mucus threads present

Also mucus threads indicate infection.
Bacteria are seen so probably you have got a bacterial infection.

Best treatment for you is Tab Norfloxacin 400mg twice daily for 7 days.
Also drink lot of water.
