Brief Answer:
a week

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Usually the bleeding and cramps should resolve in a weeks time.

It is normal to have these symptoms after a polypectomy.

Do not worry.

You should get the histopathology report of the polyp.

If you have excessive bleeding during periods or endometrial thickening on ultrasound you should go for a hysteroscopy 3 months from now.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
