Question: Is there a possibility that sperm can travel through two layers of thin clothing ???

There is maybe some theoretical risk but this is negligible and there is no reported case in literature where pregnancy happened without penetration and ejaculation in vagina. Sperms can't swim outside our body since there is no mucous fluid and nutritients necessary for sperm movements. Even if there is direct ejaculation on woman's external genitals and thighs,those sperms are not actually able to go inside vagina. So it is not possible for sperms to swim through clothes into uterus

My partner had underwear and leggings. I may have had sperm on my hand and it may have come into contact with her clothing directly above her vaginal area? Finally is their risk of pregnancy like this? Or again impossible

this is not possible of course. Sperms must be ejaculated inside vagina into uterine cervix along with adequate liquid. Sperms can't swim from outside into vagina and especially not through clothes.

How soon after intercourse can you have a pregnancy test ( number of days ) for a definitive result ??

it should be done 21 days after intercourse. But if there is missed period(more than 7 days delay) urine test can be done right away and it will show is there pregnancy or not.
