Brief Answer:
You have to complete full course of antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Can understand your concerns.

Klebsiella is a serious infection and it is very necessary that you give complete course of antibiotic for 10 to 14 days.
A repeat stool culture should be done after the completion of antibiotic course.
I know that it is very difficult to give medicine to baby but its very necessary.
The technique of giving medicine in small child is that you initially have to take some breast milk in a katori or small vessel than mix the medicine in that, the solution is then given slowly over 10 minutes.

I hope this will help you.
Take care.
