Brief Answer:
No reason to worry, please avoid double doses.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Usually taking a double dose does not cause any problems due to drug toxicity. Please avoid taking double doses and space your next dose by 6 hours tomorrow and on the day after tomorrow please take regular dose at the usual time.

However, should you experience symptoms which might include very slow heartbeat, severe dizziness, severe weakness, fainting, trouble breathing then please contact your health care provider.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
