Is Surgical Correction Of Scar Tissue Post Uterine Surgery Possible?

Question: After Uterine surgery for cancer, I followed up with Vaginal Radiation. The radiation resulted in two scar adhesions which prohibit intercourse. Each stretches about halfway across the vagina. Can they be surgically removed successfully ?
