Question: I had a marble shape and size lump just at the top of the arch of my rib cage and a lot of pain along my right arm. What could it be?

I assume that your lump is above the clavicle. Lump in this location is usually a lymph node. It can appear due to some inflammation or something more serious.
As the lump seems to be associated with arm pain, please check your lymph nodes located deep in the armpit and your right breast.
Breast cancer is the condition which should be ruled out. I suggest you to do not wait with it.
Please consult your doctor and have breasts and armpits ultrasound. The lump should be also checked with an ultrasound.
