Is Repeated Rhinoplasty Safe?

Question: Hello doctor,
My question is regarding septorainoplasty as my nose was crooked sins childhood. Few months back in july i had done my septorainoplasty surgery. But still my nose looks crooked. Can i repeat this surgery doctor? Is it Safe repeating the Rainoplasty surgery doctor?

Repeat surgery depends on the surgeon's skill set. I have seen some of my patients go on a repeat correction surgery however the biggest an the most dreaded complication would be collapse of the nasal septum leading to saddle nose. Saddle nose is where you might end up having a reverse hump at the middle of the nose. Please discuss about this with your surgeon while approaching him.

2, i hv some marks on my face of childhood accidents.
Hw should i Remove them. Sum one suggest me to go to plastic surgeon. Is it rght or is there any othr way?
