Is Pregnancy Possible When Plan-B Is Taken 30 Hours After Intercourse?

Question: Hey I had an unprotected sex with my boyfriend and my last period started on XXXXXXX 6th and I realised lately that he went inside me and I need to wait for another 6 hours to take a plan B tablet , that means I would be taking option27 after 30 hours of having sex can you please tell me if my ovulation started according to my period cycle and if it would be helpful if I take the plan B by 30hours ? Coz I heard it's waste of taking a planB when you already started ovulation

I took the plan B yesterday
I just felt a bit weak that's all, I didn't experience any other effects, so is the medicine working?
And according to what you said doctor,my ovulation would occur on 20th XXXXXXX so do you feel I avoided getting pregnant by now as I took the medicine?
And doctor would the medicine effect me in getting pregnant in the future ? Am I as fertile as before to get pregnant ? Wouldn't I have any issue getting pregnant later when I want to ?

Hello doctor,
I heard that taking the contraceptive pill would make me fat due to gain of water in the body
Does it really happen?
Would I get fat?
Or would my shape change?

And doctor when would I get by next period? Would I get it at the normal time or faster because of this tablet? How do I know the tablet is working and I'm not pregnant ?
