Brief Answer:
Detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

I would like to offer my opinion after going through your query.

1. In the current scenario, the chances of conception are very low. Firstly, the first intercourse occurred during the safe period and in addition, she took the emergency pill. Secondly, the second intercourse also was well protected.

2. As the emergency pill contains high hormone levels, the next natural period may get delayed by a week or two.

3. There are no chances of conception through oral sex.

4. Please see a specialist for proper evaluation and plan further management if she does not see her period even after ten days. She will need a sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route to know the status of the pelvic organs and also a pregnancy test. If negative, she may be prescribed medication to induce a period.

Please use regular contraception in future. Emergency pill use should be restricted to once or twice per year.

Hope your query has been clarified. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
