Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking A Contraceptive Pill?

Question: hi everyone. i had unprotected sex with my girlfrnd on the 12th day of her cycle. I did not ejaculate inside , but i fear that the pre-ejaculation might cause the pregnancy. on the safer side she took ipill(? a n emergency contraceptive pill ) within 24 hours after having intercourse. are there any chances of getting pregnant? plz help. going through extreme trauma and tension. plz help.
just want to know is there any problem in future to conceive a baby. she had used oral contraceptive pill first time.in past she didn't use it.
