Brief Answer:
please wait for 5 more days for withdrawal bleed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
As she has taken an ipill well within 72 hrs since intercourse it should work well and protect her from unwanted pregnancy. One has to wait for at least 7-10 days for the withdrawal bleeding to start from the day of ipill intake. So if she has just taken it 5 days back, then she still has 3-5 days more to wait and watch for the withdrawal bleed to get initiated, and once it initiates it would indirectly ensure that she is not pregnant.
Another option which you have for ruling out pregnancy as of now before menses start would be to get a serum beta hcg test done after 2 days now( 8 days post last intercourse). If the hcg levels are less than 5ng/dl then she is conclusively not pregnant.
