Very slight chance, but there still is a chance. I would thus recommend the use of an alternate method of contraception for at least 2 weeks (e.g. condoms). And as for the pregnancy scare, I would recommend taking a home pregnancy test at least 2 weeks from the 13th of September. But do make sure you use an early morning urine sample, to get more accurate results.

Take the urine test at least 2-3 times, with at least a 1-2 day gap and write back to me with the results so I can direct you accordingly.
