Suggest Treatment For Severe Muscle Pain And Fatigue

Question: Hi - I have pain in my sinuses accompanied by pain in many muscles and extreme fatigue. I slept almost 20 hours yesterday on and off. I feel like I cannot be motivated to do anything. One of my ears is painful and I have had a dull headache for 4 days. For the past few years I have had issues with inflammation caused by a guardia infection, it has had many side effects and I am not sure if linked at all. I am currently on Marvelon and Zoloft for Anxiety.

You are probably suffering from acute sinusitis.
please get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done and send me the reports.
Take tablet paracetamol for pain and fever.
It is not a side effect of giardiasis.
Also get a thyroid function test done.
The ear fullness is also due to sinusitis only
Follow up with the reports so that I can prescribe you accordingly.

One other thing I neglected to mention is my urine is extremely strong and my diet has not changed at all. Anyway this could be linked?
