Brief Answer:
Do a blood pregnancy test today and after 5 days.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
Since you have missed a pill of cerazette, you are not protected for the sex you had on 28th March. You should have taken emergency contraception after the sex. Anyway don't worry about it now. I wrote it for your information.

There are two possibilities for the brown spots you had:
1.Could be because of you missing one tablet of cerazette
2.Pregnancy. There is a small chance for pregnancy. The brown spots could be due to implantation of the embryo.
So I advise you to get a blood pregnancy test done today and repeat after 5 days to clarify things. Blood pregnancy test is more sensitive and reliable than home pregnancy test. Sperms can remain alive for up to six days in the body. So considering this fact with ovulation that may occur because of the missed period I am asking you to repeat the test after 5 days.
If they are negative, just relax and continue with your contraception.
I hope I have answered your concerns. If you have any further questions, do contact me through Healthcare Magic

So, it is possible that it is because of the missed pills even if its 13 days ago?.. I'll have my blood tested, hope its negative.. Less likely it is because of pregnancy right?

Brief Answer:
Yes it is definitely possible because of the missed pill.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Yes it is definitely possible because of the missed pill.

Pregnancy chances are there, but they are small. It is important to repeat it after 5 days too for the reasons I mentioned above. I wish and hope that it is negative.
Good luck.

Best wishes,
Dr Rama
