Hi XXXXXX
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Welcome to health care magic.
I have gone through the details and report.

The test for antibodies to HIV is negative after 4 years of exposure. You are free from HIV from that exposure.
I presume there is no open wound in your hand. HIV does not survive outside in environment for long.
So in dried blood it is unlikely for HIV to survive.
As there is no open wound in your hand, there is no possibility of HIV transmission.
Nil possibility of HIV transmission.
You can allay fears of HIV.

Hi XXXXXX
Thank you for follow up query.

There is no possibility of transmission by oral route .So cannot be transmitted through food or unhygienic hands.

Palm skin is very thick and is a very effective barrier for HIV.There is no possibility of HIV transmission even if exposed to virus.
The symptoms of itching is non specific and not related to HIV.
You can totally allay fears of HIV.
Forget the episode and lead a normal life.

I didnt even clean my hands for hours ...is their any risk involved? Can hiv exist without fluid? If i didnt had any fluid on my hand through handshake then also hiv would be on my palm? Sir pls do reply ....sir tell me can hiv be only transmitted through wet to wet blood as if i didnt had any cut on my hands and there was no wet blood received frm d handshake ...should i go for a hiv test again? And sir blood was dry after which we had a handshake ...is their any risk involved ...i hv narrated u my whole story ....its just we had a handshake after 5 to 10 mins and there was no wet blood on my skin as it was dry on his fingers only ....i just didnt washed my hands after having handshake and i ate food had a ciggrette went to washroom and touched my penis...any other possible way through which hiv can enter into my body which u could say after concluding my incident ....do i need a further hiv test?

No possibility of HIV transmission.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX
Thank you for follow up query.

I think you are too anxious of the incident.
I can make out your anxiety.
But there is nothing to worry.
Skin is an effective barrier and HIV cannot enter through skin.
HIV is not transmitted through dried blood.Probability of survival is almost nil.
All the methods mentioned (arm or food or smoking, scratching etc) do not transmit HIV.

You can totally allay fears of HIV transmission.
I do not see necessity for HIV tests.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
