Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Looking at the laboratory results and query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Platelet count is good. 122 is still within normal range according to certain studies. If it falls below 100, then we can worry about it.

2. Hematocrit would be normal, unless you have anemia. Even with cancer, early stages it will be normal. Later, it might reduce.

3. White blood cells, usually increased. Maybe more than 50000 or l lakh/cmm. We usually suspect, chronic lymphocytic leukemia or multiple myeloma at this age. Increased WBC count is beneficial.

White blood cells could show few immature forms, also called as blast cells. Depending on the type of blood cancer, blast cells could be more or less.
