Brief Answer:
Pregnancy possible, needs to be confirmed/ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligent and would like you to know that I am here to help. Fertomid (containing the active ingredient clomiphene citrate) will certainly help to promote fertility and in most cases result in fertility.

But, what is important to note is that you must have been prescribed fertomid because you were previously diagnosed with polycystic ovaries, is this true? If you were indeed diagnosed with polycystic ovaries then your menstrual cycle would have been irregular.

So with pre-exiting polycystic ovaries which can cause irregular menstrual cycles, your menstrual cycles would have been irregular. Please write back to me letting me know the dates of your last 6 menstrual cycles (i.e. February, March, April, May, XXXXXXX and July).

But if you have had regular cycles, then pregnancy is highly likely. I would recommend a home pregnancy test using an early morning urine sample. Please repeat the test at least 3 times, with a gap of at least 3 days. You can write to me with the results once conducted. But you are quite right, pregnancy is quite likely.

What were the results of your urine and blood tests, and when were they conducted? Could you write back to me with this information? Thank you ma'am.

I look forward to hearing from you in order to further help you.

Best wishes ma'am.
