Brief Answer:
Detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I completely understand your concern as a mother.
The Nexito plus has two drugs

escitalopram: an anti anxiety drug. This drug is excreted in milk. There are not many research studies done to test its effects in babies receiving it from breast milk, however from whatever limited information we have the babies that received these drugs from milk showed excessive sedation ( sleepiness), decreased feeding and had weight loss.
Second drug is clonazepam. This drug is contraindicated in pregnancy and its effects on breast fed babies are not known at all. This is maybe because the drug has already shown bad effects in intrauterine babies so it is not justified to test it in breast fed ones. In any case, there is no data about its effects and it is not a recommended drug during breast feeding.

My advice to you now is please discuss these issues with your treating physician. There are two options: either change the drug or stop breast feeding and wean the baby so that it is safe.
Hope this was helpful.
