Brief Answer:
No risk of serotonin syndrome in prescribed doses, you can take them.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

St Johns Wort is a herbal root extract that is used in depression and anxiety conditions. S-Adenosyl Methionine is also a supplement drug which increase serotonin neurotransmission in brain. Both are mild drugs and in my opinion there is no risk of serotonin syndrome in taking these drugs together. Though very high doses may result in some symptoms Butin normal prescribed doses you will not have any complications.

So there is no contraindications in taking these drugs together. You can take the drugs without any fear as per your prescription.

Thanks, hope this helps you. Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.

Take care
