Brief Answer:
These medicines are safe to take together and no risk

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. Your blood pressure is 102/65 and considering your age and medicines this is in normal range. This is not in too lower range. Take plenty of fluids like lime water, juices etc.

The medicines you are taking are Escitalopram 7.5, Buspirone 10 mg, Labetolol 50 mg, Alprazolam extended release 2 mg and Zantac 150 mg. These drugs are of different groups and are in perfectly normal doses.

These medicines are safe to use together and no risk in taking the doses together. Dose of Alprazolam 2 mg is in higher ranges but as it is extended release so no need to worry. Try not to take 2 mg doses for long periods of time because the drug is having abuse potential.

Thanks, I hope this helps you. Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.
