Thanks for the information.
If these symptoms are not associated with fever,we need not worry much.
Some dizziness,influenza-like symptoms and diarrhea are common side effects during initiation of plavix(clopidogrel).We can expect these symptoms to come down in coming days.

Anyhow,as you are having light-headedness and fluttery feeling along with sweating,this suggest significant hypotension,especially in the back ground of loos stools.So kindly check your BP once.Meanwhile, drink enough fluids(salted lime/salted rice water/ORS solution are better than pain water) to maintain BP.
Once BP is corrected and these dizzy feeling has gone,you can use anti histamines like Levocetirezine once a day for relief of sinus congestion,if necessary.

If these symptoms does not come down by 2 days,or you become febrile,kindly see your doctor without delay,as we have to rule out neutropenia,a rare but important side effect of clopidigrel.
