Is It Normal To Have No Symptoms Of Pregnancy Till The 11 Week?
It is normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
Every pregnancy is different. Some women never experience pregnancy symptoms like, bloating , tender breasts, fatigue, nausea etc. You are one of them and this is normal.
Not having pregnancy symptoms becomes a concern only if you had had them before and they suddenly disappear within the first trimester.
Have you done your ultrasound? As long as the ultrasound shows normal growing fetus there is no reason for worry.
Not having pregnancy symptoms allows you to enjoy pregnancy better. So stop worrying and enjoy your pregnancy.
I hope you are taking a tablet of folic acid daily.
I hope I have answered your concerns.

I will be happy to answer.
Clomid induced pregnancies are not at increased risk of congenital defects
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome back.
I am happy to know that ultrasound was normal.
Studies have shown that clomid induced pregnancies ( fetuses) are not at increased risk of congenital defects compared to the general population. So do not worry about this.
I hope this helps.

Do not worry about delay in starting folic acid.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Folic acid ideally should be started as soon as you start planning for pregnancy. This is because during fetal organ formation (in first trimester) it reduces the possible chances of fetus developing spine or brain defects by almost 70%.
As it is the possibility of spine and brain defects occurring is quite small. So do not worry about delay in starting folic acid.
This is the right time for screening for fetal anomalies by nuchal translucency testing and biochemical tests. The normal results will help you stop worrying. You can also get a detailed ultrasound done by a good sonologist/fetal medicine specialist to evaluate for fetal anomalies. This is usually done at 18-20 weeks of pregnancy. But can be done at the earliest at around 14 weeks of pregnancy.
I hope this helps.
