Brief Answer:
You should use Metoprolol.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Your hart rate is high so you need a beta-blocker to slow down heart rate and lower blood pressure. ( Metoprolol is fine)

If you suffer from AF you need anti agregant drugs too.

These issues should be discussed with your Cardiologost.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Brief Answer:
Clopidogel or aspirin.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.

Antiagregant drugs prevent thrombus formation, preventing this way stroke.

Flicinide ( I assume you mean Flecainide) is an antiarythmic drug, not an Antiagregant.

You should discuss with your Doctor about this issue.

Hope I helped. Best regards.

I gather from discussion that I should use metroprol rather than cozaar or continue both. I will address balancing all this with my dr. But for the next couple days need to know. Thanks

Brief Answer:
You need metoprolol

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

In my opinion, for your tachycardia and high blood pressure, you need metoprolol. I would suggest that you do not change drug regimen without consulting your treating doctor.

For now, stick to what you doctor has prescribed, and see him soon.

Hope I helped. Best regards.
