Brief Answer:
Please give more details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Female/26 - had an ultrasound - visited a Doctor - having surgery on leg - to remove two ganglion cysts on tibia - wants to know whether will need crutches and cast following surgery...

Since the diagnosis you talked about - two ganglion cysts on tibia is not really heard of, I would like to see the exact report of ultrasound and the nature of the surgery that your Doctor must have explained you.

If these are ganglion related to the tendons, you probably do not need any crutches or cast if these are superficial and would not involve the tendon proper.

Please provide me the exact diagnosis, the actual reports, the actual clear photographs of the cysts, so that I can assist you.
Also give me an additional information:
Since when have you got this problem?
Are they causing any symptoms?
What is the indication for removal of these two cysts?

I hope this answers you query, please feel free to give additional history, ask further relevant queries.
