Question: I think I might have taken my bp twice my bp it's currently 96/46

I was light headed, but I feel better after talking a green tea pill. I was able to get my bp thru a finger bp monitor.

The finger BP instrument is not sensitive and specially during the winter season.
I would recommend you to get your BP checked by a doctor available in your vicinity.
You may take coffee, salt lemon water and take plenty of fluids and rest, you would surely feel better.

I meant it was my bp meds. I normally run around 140/70and now it was as I stated before. I am on meds for hypertension XXXXXXX bid and ramipril bid
