Is Bleeding In Single Nose A Symptom Of Pregnancy?
Question: Hi I was wondering if a single nose bleed is a sign of early pregnancy or does it have to be like two or three nose bleeds?

Nose bleeds are in no way a sign of pregnancy. In fact nose bleeds can happen even in normal people who have a habit of nose-picking or especially in those who have been polycythemic or infact hypertensive.
But nose bleed has never been a sign of pregnancy. Pregnancy early signs are nausea, headaches, mood swings, distaste for food, sore breasts. these may overlap with premenstrual syndrome though and hence the best way to confirm pregnancy would be to get a serum beta hcg test where if hcg levels are more than 5ng/dl then pregnancy is confirmed.
