Brief Answer:
As mention below

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM and thank you for writing in HCM
I understand your concern

Normal zinc level is 0.66-1.10 mcg/mL.
But you have not mention the unit of zinc level.
If it is 4.4 mcg/ml then it does not suggest low zinc.

Following symptoms are suggestive of zinc deficiency:
Loss of appetite, diarrhea, hair fall, skin rash, dry skin, poor wound healing, white spot in nail.
If you have above symptoms, then it suggestive of zinc deficiency.

But low zinc without any symptoms can be treated by the diet modification.
Take following foods:
high protein diet, nuts, legumes, milk, yeast, cheese, oyster, whole grain, peas, fresh fruits, animal meat and chicken
If you have symptoms of zinc deficiency, then you can take becozinc tablet (contain zinc plus vitamin).

Hope I have answered your question
If you have further query then I will be happy to help you
Stay healthy
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
