Brief Answer:
No worries, slight variation acceptable,

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. With pulse of 103 and normal blood pressure and history of sinus infection i would say all clear and nothing to worry about. 100 is the upper limit of normal pulse so you are almost normal and slight exertion or even walking changing posture may end up in raised pulse for a while. Also sinus infection with even slight fever may raise the pulse slightly.

Nutshell, its nothing to worry about and should not be a problem. However keep an eye on your symptoms and if you feel any weird feeling like shortness of breath, chest pain or palpitations etc i would like you to get evaluated in that regard but right now you don't need any intervention or evaluation. All clear.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
