Is A Painless Raised Line Inside Left Cheek A Symptom Of Cancer?
Question: When I touch my tongue to inside of my left cheek, I feel a painless raised line starting from left wisdom teeth to lower lip. I'm scared is that any cancer symptoms? Please Sir guide me what should I do?

Hello dear. In my opinion you are just feeling the mucosal fold lining of your buccal mucosa. For all practical purposes it is normal. Moreover if a tumor develops it usually grows over time, ulcerates, or will cause pain, bleeding, or a mas. It will never grow like a line.
And since you have been examined by specialist also. i will advise you to leave undue worry.

I had chewing tobacco and smoking habit even drinking from long time for this anything going wrong with that symptoms.
I feel weird in wake up time when line going to slight swelling.
Is there anything I can do to decrease the raised level of the line? and Please suggest me some treatment.

Hello dear. Both tobacco and alcohol are risk factor for development of oral cancer.
I will advise you to immediately stop both.
The raised line is harmful only if it is growing. I n that case we have to see what actually it is by a biopsy. You can get regular clinical examination at 3 month interval from a surgeon.
Otherwise it is harmless as it appears from the picture, it looks like a mucosal fold only. Just stop tobacco and alcohol. That will help.
