Brief Answer:
Supportive care , needs work up and management.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

i read your question and i understand your concern. Pain in lower back with worsening on bending over at age of 50 is likely related to nerve pinched at some spine level due to age related articular degeneration more common in women around menopause. I would like you to get to a doctor, let them advise some work up like spine MRI and lumbar scans to rule out any disc prolapse or nerve pinching or arthropathy of joints there and decide what could be done other than pain killers and NSAIDs. Good posture habits, avoiding lifting heavy weights, physiotherapy exercises and rest using an orthopaedic mattress will help.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
